Yoga for healthy bodies and calmer minds. A 60 min yoga class suitable for all levels of abilities to address and melt-away the stressors of modern living. These classes helps participants to gain strength and stamina, improve stability and flexibility. Relieve back-pain, shoulder aches and improve the quality of sleep, digestion as well as concentration. You’ll develop greater resilience too.
